Hi folks, here is some exciting overseas news that I'd like to share with you . . .

The Mindfulness Coloring Book: Anti-Stress Art Therapy for Busy People will be released in American bookshops on June the 2nd and is launching today at Book Expo America. The US edition is published by The Experiment, a fantastic indie publishing house based in New York. We'd love to see your colour creations on social media under the hashtag #MindfulColoring.
You can read more about the colouring book phenomenon in interviews I did with Melonyce McAfee for CNN and with Jessica Roy for New York magazine's The Cut. And to find out a little bit more about this pocket-sized art therapy book, here is a blogpost I did a few months back for the UK edition.

  1. Hi, Emma Farrarons! I am glad to have gotten a copy of this book yesterday (was eagerly waiting for it to be available in the U.S.A.) and have thoroughly enjoyed coloring about 6 random pages. Thank you for your excellent work.

Saw that you gifted someone with a shirt of one of the designs from this book. Are you selling shirts with your designs?

I understand that two more of your books are being released later this year. I look forward to seeing them.

I have recently found your blog & am enjoying that also.

  2. I, too, recently purchased this book. It is amazing for me!! Have completed about half of the pages in 5 days. Absolutely love it...have other books but definitely have not achieved the benefits from them. I live in British Columbia, Canada and just chose your book randomly at a small book store. I eagerly await your future books. This has literally changed my life!! Thank you
